Rixu Cup 2012 (EN)

ALL TEAMS ARE WELCOME!
 

27th Rixu-Cup tournament will be played January 7th 2012 starting from 9.00 at Riihimäki swimming hall. There will be both men’s and women’s series. Youth teams (born 1.1.1994 and after) will play at women’s series.
 

- Pool measures are as follows: 16 m long, 8 m wide and 3.8 m deep
- Tournament will be played under normal CMAS rules, with following exceptions:
            -Substituting players is not allowed during game
            -No time-out
            -Maximum score difference in one game is 5 (result will be counted as 5 – 0)
            -Game time is approximately 12 min ineffective (depends on number of teams)
            -Penalty time is 1 min starting when the ball is back in play
            -Penalty throw is 30 s
            -Protests must be presented in written form within 15 minutes after the game is finished,
              fee is 25 € which will be returned if protest goes through
- Registration fee is 180 € and the deadline for registration is November 15th 2011. We will
send the invoice to contact persons in December once the registrations are received.
            -If team have referee who do not play, registration fee is 160 €.
 

We will send the final schedule to participating teams after the registration deadline. If possible,
 

we’ll try to arrange the schedule suitable for teams coming abroad.
 

Riihimäki is situated about 70 km’s North from Helsinki. It’s easy and fast to travel from Helsinki by
train. We try to arrange reasonable accommodation if needed.
